Take out all of the mint leaves and place them out separately.
Melt all of the chocolate chips in the microwave and keep them warm. Pour the liquid chocolate into two separate bowls.
Dip the mint leaves in the chocolate and to not get dirty and sticky fingers pull them out of the chocolate with tweezers and place them on a plate.
Freeze for an hour.
