Combine marshmallows, peanut butter and butter in sauce pan over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, add nutmeg and vanilla. Immediately pour mixture over cereal and toss to coat evenly.
Press mixture into a buttered 9X13 sheet pan. Let mixture cool, and then cut into 24 squares.
