Thaw and drain vegetables. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut chicken into 1-inch or smaller pieces. Prepare stuffing as directed on package, set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables. Put into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish; spread the stuffing over the top.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Let cool about 5 or 10 minutes before serving.
