Cream together the butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating after each. Add flour and lemon extract. Pour in 7UP.
Pour into well greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 325°F for 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
