Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In small mixing bowl beat eggs until blended. Add butter, lemon juice, and water blend on low. Add sugar, flour, and salt, beat until smooth. Stir in pineapple.
Fill pastry lined pie pan with mix. Fix lattice top. Cover edges with foil.
Bake 30-45 minutes. Remove foil last 15 minutes.
