Cut thin sliced apples...the smaller the better (skins all off, of course). Mix apples with brown sugar, white sugar and sprinkle cinnamon all over while mixing the sugars in it. The lots of cinnamon as possible. Then, add the lemon juice and mix well.
Pour apples into pie crust. Sprinkle cinnamon on the top of the pie before baking.
Oven baking at 400°F for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
