2 cups sour cream
1 pkg (24 oz.) cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup dry onion
1 lb package Polish sausage
1 pkg (22 oz.) frozen Ore-Ida Waffle Fries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish. Combine sour cream and 75% of cheddar cheese in microwaveable bowl and microwave to blend. Add dry onion to sour cream and cheese mixture, blend/mix. Cut Polish sausage into 1/4 inch slices.

Layer 1/2 of waffle fries on bottom of grease dish, add a layer 1/2 of Polish sausage, then top with 1/2 cheese mixture and repeat potato, sausage, cheese layer. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake for 35 minutes or so.
