1 pound or 8 cups shredded or grated cabbage
1 medium onion (or 2 Tbsp.)
1 medium stalk celery
2 medium carrots (or 1/4 cup)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp chives fresh or dried
1 tsp parsley fresh or dried
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp white vinegar (optional)
1/2 cup Kraft Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
