1 loaf French bread
Leftover homemade chili
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut bread in half lengthwise. Place cut sides up on a foil-covered baking sheet.

Spread chili mixture evenly over the bread. Top with tomatoes and green onions. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted. Slice and serve.
