Original recipe yields 1 serving
8 oz Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup chunky or creamy peanut butter (mom uses chunky)
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk (whole, 2% skim, canned, etc. -- your preference)
1 ready-made crust -- Vanilla Wafer, Oreo cookie or Graham Cracker (mom prefers Vanilla Wafer or Oreo)
1/4 cup Spanish salted peanuts, chopped

Whip cream cheese until smooth. Beat in peanut butter, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Slowly add milk. Blend thoroughly.

Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts.

Freeze until firm. Can serve frozen or slightly thawed. Has consistency of ice cream. Re-freeze leftovers.
