Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 1/2 bag s frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
2 pkg Grands Biscuits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large Dutch oven, saute onions in butter. When onions are translucent, sprinkle it with flour and stir. Cook mixture for 2-3 minutes.

Slowly stir in chicken broth, milk and seasonings. Continue to stir and cook until thickened. Add mixed vegetable and diced chicken. Cook until hot. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.

Pour mixture into al 13 x 9 pan and top with biscuits.

Cook in oven for 30 minutes.
