1/2 onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
Basil - "pinch"
Oregano - "pinch"
2 small jars artichoke hearts
Romano cheese, grated

Salt and pepper chicken. Place in skillet with onion, garlic, basil & oregano. Brown on both sides.

Place in 9x9-inch casserole with seasonings. Cover with artichoke hearts - with liquid. Sprinkle with Romano cheese and cover with bread crumbs.

Bake covered at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes - 1 hour, uncovered for the last 15 minutes.
