Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. Cover bottom with can of cream of chicken soup (undiluted). Press chicken breasts in single layer around bottom. Season chicken with salt and pepper
Place 1 teaspoon light Kraft Mayo on top of each breast. Top each breast with slice of Swiss cheese.
Cover casserole dish and bake 45-50 minutes. Casserole will be soupy after cooking, so mix in Ritz Crackers to absorb excess liquid. This makes an excellent stuffing.
