6-10 chicken tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, bay leaf and other seasonings of your choice to taste
1 pkg frozen dumpling strips (freezer section)
1 pkg frozen peas (or other veggie of choice)

Let's Make It
Heat water, bouillon cube, chicken, and seasonings on stove top until chicken is tender and begins to shred (30-45 minutes). Remove and discard bay leaf.
Break frozen dumpling strips into three sections (bite-sized pieces) and add them to the pot, stir frequently as you add to keep dumplings from sticking together. Add frozen veggies.
Cook for 45 minutes or until dumplings have filled out and chicken has cooked down.
