Combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter.
Fill mini cupcake pan with the crumb mixture. With your fingers, push crumbs to fit the pan. Fill with cheesecake mixture.
Bake at 325 degrees F for about 10 minutes. Let cool and top with one cherry.
