We begin by finely chopping all of our vegetables or preferably putting into a food processor (easier & will be chopped down to perfect size).
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat add EVOO one turn around the pan (be generous). Then place the chopped veggies in the pan and saute until tender and onion & garlic have a bit of color. Once this is done add olives and tomatoes, if you have whole steamed tomatoes then put into a bowl first and smush with hands to break them up a bit. Let this saute together for about 1 minute. Add garlic powder, oregano, and cumin; stir.
Then season your ground turkey with salt & pepper. Place meat into pan breaking it down so that it won't clump up. Last ingredient pour the dry white wine one turn around the pan (be generous). Let this simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes stirring it around every 5 minutes.
