2 lb top round steaks, diced into bite-size pieces
1 bag (1 lb.) medium sized carrots, cut into 1/4 pieces ***(1 med. bag baby carrots halved may be substituted)***
6 medium potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup cornstarch

Let's Make It
In 2-qt. pot combine bouillon and 1.5 quarts water. Bring to a boil. Reduce to med/low heat.
Add steak, carrots, potatoes, salt and pepper. Cook over med/low heat for approx. 30 minutes or until carrots are tender. Shut off heat.
Combine in a measuring cup the 1/3 cup water and cornstarch. Stir till thoroughly mixed. Slowly stir cornstarch mixture into stew and allow to sit for approximately 15 minutes. Stir again before serving.
