1 lb hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 lb frozen hash browns, thawed
1 tsp celery salt
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
8 oz Velveeta cheese, sliced
1 can (3 oz.) French fried onions

Cook hamburger & onions; drain.

Place hash browns in bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Top with meat & seasonings. Mix soup & milk; pour over hamburger. Top with cheese.

Cover loosely with foil and bake 45 min at 350°F. Remove foil and sprinkle with French fried onions. Return to oven uncovered for 10 min.
