Magic Dutch Apple Pie

3 cup sliced apples
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup Tea-Bisk Baking Mix

Arrange sliced apples in a lightly greased 10" glass pie plate. Beat together eggs, milk, sour cream and cinnamon using wire whisk or blender. Pour over apples.

Combine butter, brown sugar and baking mix till crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over filling.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 55-60 minutes till filling is set. Serve warm with ice cream.
