Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 lb ground chuck
1/2 lb ground chicken
1 can (16 oz.) diced tomatoes - do not drain
1 green pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
1 med onion, chopped
4 oz tomato sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp minced garlic
8 oz beef broth
4-5 Yukon gold potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 egg
Salt & pepper
1 cup Kraft Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese

Mix ground beef and chicken; cook until no longer pink.

In an 8x8x2 baking dish arrange meat mixture, tomatoes, peppers, onions, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and broth. Set aside.

Cook potatoes until tender, drain and mash. Add egg and salt & pepper to taste. Gently spread potatoes on top of meat mixture.

Bake in 400 degrees F oven for 30 min. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for an additional 5 min. Let rest for 5 min. before serving.
