1/2 head cabbage, cut up
1 lb rope sausage (kielbasa) (precooked)
1 lb elbow macaroni
2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
1/4 cup Dominos brown sugar
1/3 cup water

Cook cabbage about 10 minutes or until tender.

Cut up the sausage in about 1/4 in. pieces, and brown in 10 in. frying pan in 1/4 cup water for about 5-7 minutes.

Cook macaroni according to package instructions. I usually cook it about 3-4 min longer.

Remove all excess water from cabbage, macaroni and sausage. Mix everything together in the pot that you cooked the cabbage in, and then enjoy.
