2 large graham cracker pie shells
3/4 cup chocolate syrup
1 cup chopped PLANTERS Salted Peanuts

Combine cream cheese and milk in mixing bowl and beat until blended. Add powdered sugar, peanut butter and whipped topping; mix well.
Spoon into pie shells.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Freeze until serving time.
