Butter or spray bottom of square casserole dish. Layer sliced potatoes over the butter, salt and pepper each layer to taste. When finished with potatoes, sprinkle with flour.
Brown ground beef. Layer over potatoes. Salt and pepper ground beef. Layer on cream corn. Depends on how big the casserole dish is on if you use 1 or 2 cans. Then layer on tomato soup (undiluted).
Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender with lid on. Bake an additional 10 minutes more with lid off.
