Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread cream cheese along bottom of a small rectangle baking dish, then top with chili (no beans), then top with finely shredded mild cheddar cheese.
There should be three layers now.....cream cheese, chili, and shredded cheese.
Place in oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
