Mix together cheeses, spices, and oil. Form into a log and put in refrigerator.
When firm (about 1 hour to overnight), cover with sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Put in oven on broil for about 5 minutes. Serve warm with bagel chips or toasted pita bread.
