1 lb sausage (mild)
1 large onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 chopped bell pepper
1 box long grain wild rice
1 cup Kraft Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 small cans mushrooms stems & pieces (with liquid)

Cook sausage (drain on paper towel) well and save little oil to sauté onion, celery & bell pepper.

Spray 13x9 glass casserole dish with Pam. Combine all ingredients into glass dish. Cover with foil.

Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and enjoy.
