Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 pounds raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup chopped parsley, divided
3/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoon s grated lemon rind
6 lemon wedges
1 pound linguini, cooked

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash shrimp and drain on paper towels.

Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish in the oven. Add salt, garlic and all but 2 tablespoons of parsley. Mix well. Add shrimp and mushrooms and bake uncovered 5 minutes.

Turn shrimp, add wine and lemon juice, and sprinkle with lemon peel and parsley. Bake 8-10 minutes or until tender. Serve over linguini and garnish with lemon wedges.
