1 package macaroni and cheese
1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 cup frozen shoepeg corn, thawed
2 teaspoon s spice blend or rub of your choosing, optional
3 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Brown ground beef and onion in a non-stick skillet on medium 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink; drain.

In a 2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray, combine macaroni and cheese and ground beef mixture, along with tomato paste, tomato sauce, corn and optional spices; mix well.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
