Lean Pork Chops with Rice

2 cups water
1 cup rice
2 lean pork chops
Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 cup water

1. Bring 2 cups water to a boil, add uncooked rice, and cook until tender.

2. Dip chops in flour, shake to remove excess. Salt chops. In medium saucepan, brown floured and salted pork chops in oil. Add soup and 1/4 cup water to pork chops. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.

3. Line casserole with cooked rice. Pour soup and chops mixture over rice. Bake in 350°F oven for 30-45 minutes until pork is done.
