Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In microwaveable bag, place washed red potatoes and put in microwave on high for 11 minutes.
Cut all green onions and inch and a half of green part and saute in butter along with salt and pepper.
When potatoes are done, cut into slices and place on buttered glass pan enough to cover the bottom, while also layering sauteed green onions and table cream. Keep doing this until you’re finished.
Then place in oven and let cook for 5 minutes and enjoy.
