Fake Crab Dip

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/4 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1/4 cup diced spinach (if desired)
2 green onions, chopped up
2 Tbsp white wine
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups chopped up fake crab

Preheat oven for 400 degrees F. Soften cream cheese, and dice artichokes and spinach. Mix cream cheese, onions, wine, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, artichoke, (and diced spinach if desired); taste. Add anything else deemed worthy. Then add chopped up crab.

Place in glass/ceramic oven safe dish. Slice cheddar (or generic dryer cheese) into thin slices and place on top of dip.

Cover and cook for about 10-15 min till hot throughout (cheese should be partly melted, and then remove lid and cook until cheese crisp). Serve with favorite crackers. Can also serve with tortilla shells that have been cut into 8 and toasted until they are hard.
