6-8 cups peeled, cored and sliced zucchini (about 1/4 inch thick)
2/3 cup lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together until crumbly. Pat 1/2 of the crumb mixture into a 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Simmer zucchini in lemon juice until tender. Add sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Simmer 5 minutes, then add 1/2 cup crumb mixture to thicken filling. Set aside.
Pour filling into pre-baked crust. Top with remaining crumb mixture (top should look crumbly). Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
