2 blocks (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
2 tsp vanilla, divided
3/4 cup + 1/4 cup chopped pecans, divided
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Blend the sugar, cream cheese and 1 tsp. vanilla until creamy. Stir in the 3/4 cup pecans and pour this into the pie crust. Bake this at 325 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
Remove this from the oven and mix the sour cream, 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla together and spread on top of the pie. Sprinkle extra 1/4 cup pecans on top of this.
Put back into the oven at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and refrigerate (overnight makes it easier to slice).
