Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare rice as directed on package. Mix beans into rice.
Place uncooked chicken tenders in bottom of square casserole dish. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour rice and bean mix over chicken.
Place casserole into oven for 30 minutes, then remove and add shredded mozzarella to top; bake till golden on top. Let sit for 5 minutes to cool.
