Prepare Stove Top stuffing as per instructions on the box. Pat into a 9 inch deep dish pie pan. Make sure stuffing goes up sides of pan like a crust. Layer the leftover turkey in the bottom of the pie and then fill top with the mashed potatoes.
Bake at 350 degrees F until potatoes start to brown slightly.
Slice and serve like a pie. Drizzle each slice with gravy.
