Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Peel and core apples, then cut into slices and arrange in a 9” unbaked pastry shell.
Combine sugar, flour, salt. Stir in light cream or milk and pour mixture over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cover loosely with foil and back for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more or until apples are done.
