Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a pan on medium-high, heat the oil and butter. When butter melts, add in onions & mushrooms; stir occasionally until onion is slightly caramelized.
Turn heat down to just medium and add pork. As pork cooks break up the meat, but not too much. When the meat is no longer pink add in the cream of mushroom soup & green beans. Combine them together by folding ingredients gently and turn off heat.
Get cooking spray and spray it into a square baking dish. Put all the ingredients that were cooked in the pan into the baking dish. Place it into the oven and bake for 20-25 min. Then after that, take it out and let cool for 5-10 min. ENJOY!
