Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 kielbasa, cut up
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can pinto beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cups of hot water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 can refried beans
Season to taste: with taco seasoning, salt & pepper, cumin

Heat olive oil in large skillet. Saute green pepper, onion, & garlic clove until tender and slightly brown.

Add kielbasa, cook until brown, transfer to a large pot. Add: tomatoes, pinto beans, kidney beans, corn, water & bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil and then add refried beans. Season to taste.

Bring to a boil again and then simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir often to bring down the refried beans.
