1 can (29 oz.) pumpkin
A dash of salt
3 cups sugar
3 cups milk
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3 heaping teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon s ground cloves
1 1/2 teaspoon s nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoon s allspice
3 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons (slightly heaping) flour
3 deep dish prepared pie shells
Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together until completely blended.

Pour evenly into deep dish pie shells that have been placed on baking sheets (to catch drips).

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with Cool Whip.
