Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb package frozen vegetables with carrots, green beans, corn and peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 raw chicken breasts, cut up into bit size pieces
2 cans fried onions, divided

Strain veggies under hot water until thawed. Mix all ingredients together minus one can of fried onions.

Spread out into large casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Top with remaining can of fried onions and bake for 5-7 more minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
