1 cup diced unpeeled apple (Gala, Golden Delicious, McIntosh, etc.)
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped pecans, divided
1 &1/2 cups Cool Whip French Vanilla Topping

Let's Make It
In a small-med. nonstick saucepan, combine pineapple with juice and sugar. Bring to a boil for 3 min. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Add the Lemon Jell-O powder mix and stir until dissolved. Add the Philadelphia cream cheese and stir until dissolved and thoroughly combined. Place in refrigerator to cool for 15 min.
After cooling fold in the apples, celery, 3/4 of the chopped pecans and the French Vanilla (or regular flavored) Cool Whip.
Pour into a nine inch square pan. Smooth and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 of the chopped pecans on top. (You can use whole pecans on top if you prefer.) Chill until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
