1 can cream of chicken soup (or leftover chicken gravy)
1 can mixed vegetables
1 cup chicken, cooked and cubed or chopped (or can use canned chicken)
1/2 cup milk
2 unbaked pie shells

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix soup (or gravy), vegetables and chicken in a large bowl. Add milk and mix well.

Pour into pie shell and cover with second pie shell.

Bake for 50 min, or until golden brown. Allow to sit for 10 minutes, to set up well before cutting.
