Prepare egg noodles in boiling water & drain. Cut up celery, onion and green pepper. Then microwave 3 min.
Mix tunas, Miracle Whip, pimiento, cheese soup, milk, Old Bay seasoning, and capers. Then combine with noodles, celery mixture and top with mozzarella and almonds.
Cover lightly with foil and bake almost 1 hour at 340°F. Uncover last 10 minutes to brown cheese.
