Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 1/2 - 3 1/2 pounds chicken pieces (I used skinless boneless chicken breasts)
4 cups water (or whatever fits in crock-pot -- not to fill too full)
4 cups chicken broth (I used 2 cans - not the huge cans)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 small onion chopped
1 carrot, chopped
2 stalk s celery chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 bay leaf
6 ounces noodles (I used 1 bag frozen home-made egg noodles)

Let's Make It

Place all ingredients except noodles in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.

Remove chicken and bay leaf from pot. Take meat from bones, leaving in big chunks (don't want to shred it too much). Return chicken to broth.

Make noodles and add to pot. Warm all together on warm in crock-pot.
