1 jalapeno, chopped (remember your rubber gloves)
1 container fresh mushrooms
1 cup peanut butter creamy or chunky
5 cans Ro*Tel Tomatoes (hot, med. or mild) I like hot

Place uncooked chicken in greased crock-pot. Add jalapeno and mushrooms.

Mix together peanut butter and tomatoes will make a chunky sauce. Pour over chicken; make sure all pieces are covered in sauce.

Place lid and cook all-night on low setting. Serve over wild rice or noodles.
