1/4 cup fontina cheese, cut into small pieces

Prepare rice according to box instructions except use chicken broth instead of the water.
Fold in prepared rice, broccoli florets, ham, butter, shredded cheddar, milk, pepper and mustard into casserole dish. Add the small pieces of fontina on top, then add potato chips (optional).
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
