Cook and cool chicken. Boil noodles. Cut up chicken into small pieces. Combine cooked noodles and chicken with mayo. You can add your favorite seasoning to the mixture. Place in a large bowl set aside.
In a pot on med. heat combine soup and cheese. Heat thoroughly stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Combine chicken mixture and soup mix. Spoon into a greased 2-quart shallow casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
