5 eggs, beaten
cup 1/4 to 1/2 milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F. Layer in an ungreased 9x12 inch pan: sausage, then hash browns followed by cheddar cheese.

Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then lightly with paprika.
