Mix corn, beans, garlic, 3/4 cup salsa, salt and pepper. Spray slow cooker with non stick spray and place ingredients in.
Place chicken on top and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and remaining salsa.
Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 8-10 hours. Spoon chili mixture in warm tortillas and top with chicken and cheese.
