Toss wings with 1 Tbsp. oil + pinches of salt, pepper and cayenne.
Saute the onion, bell pepper, and garlic in 1 Tbsp. of oil till golden. Add hot sauce, soda, honey and brown sugar. Reduce heat and simmer till thick (10 min).
BBQ wings for 30 minutes over med heat and baste every 5-10 minutes till sauce is gone.
